Overview
The ATLA315CNC is Riyang's flagship CNC-controlled HDPE fitting fabrication machine, engineered for precision and efficiency in fabricating small-diameter thermoplastic fittings. Designed to handle pipe sizes ranging from 90mm to 315mm, this machine is ideal for producing elbows, tees, crosses, and wyes in HDPE, PP, and PVDF materials.

Innovation and Precision Increased Greatly
All main clamps are manufactured from die-cast aluminum and precisely machined on CNC centers. This not only ensures excellent strength but also delivers superior accuracy, significantly improving the precision of fittings fabrication during the welding process. The movement of facer, heater and carriages are powered by servo motors, delivering fast and stable movements, while their positions are precisely monitored by encoders and a PLC program.
Smart Control, Reliable Traceability
For batch production, identical parameters can be reused without repeated data entry, greatly improving efficiency. The system stores up to 10,000 welding records, with support for USB data export in PDF format, it is providing complete traceability and compliance with project requirements.
Intelligent CNC Control System with IoT Integration
Equipped with a fully automatic CNC control panel, the ATLA315CNC simplifies the entire welding process. Operators can set SDR, pipe diameter, and welding standards—after which the system executes welding process automatically.
Built-in memory records every welding cycle and allows data export via USB or direct printing. Integrated IoT module supports remote diagnostics, software upgrades, and real-time technical assistance.
