Plastic Sheet Butt Welding Machine RPH Series Overview
The RPH series features a robust steel frame designed for welding HDPE, PP, PVC and other thermoplastic sheets. Key components from Mitsubishi (PLC), SMC (cylinders), and Omron (temperature controllers) are precisely matched to ensure stable and reliable welding performance. The reinforced worktable enhances flexural strength, the high-density locking clamps ensure even pressure distribution, and the independent centering structure guarantees precise sheet alignment, maintaining stable weld quality even during long production runs. The series supports sheet thicknesses from 3–40 mm, with options for 60 mm and above available on request, and working widths from 1500–6000 mm (customizable up to 7000 mm). The intuitive operator interface allows efficient process control and easy operation.
