Plastic Sheet Bending Machine RZW Series Overview
The RZW series bending machines are specially designed for HDPE, PP, PVC, and other thermoplastic sheets. Equipped with a V-shaped heating knife and lower heating plate, it provides uniform heating and precise bending angles. For applications where melting area is not required, a flat heating knife with lower plate can be optionally used, maintaining bending strength while offering greater operational flexibility.
The semi-automatic interface is simple and intuitive, making operation easy and adaptable to various sheet thicknesses and sizes. With a compact structure suitable for both factory and on-site use, the machine ensures stable bending quality with high repeatability.
